This is a one-of-a-kind Fuzzlord custom-made pedal with custom artwork by Sailor Mary Artwork made back near the beginning of Fuzzlord Effects.
I custom ordered this pedal to be my ultimate guitar distortion, and it really suits the job. Put it in front of a dirty amp and you will melt faces.
Pedal is basically the DOD250 distortion circuit with some tweaks to improve it for down-tuning, it includes the classic Fuzzlord two-band active EQ, and offers three options for clipping diodes - silicon, red LEDs, and MOSFET clipping. Think Quantum Mystic by Black Arts but way better. I named it after an Opeth song, so cheers to you if you got that.
