Two racked NEVE 1079 modules.
In 100% working and 100% original condition! ( read below about modification )
The units are in very good external condition also, there is some slight paint-loss from sliding in/out of the enclosures, but the rest is absolutely GREAT!
The switches and potmeters are in exeptionally good condition!
INFO on Neve 1079
The Neve 1079 is exactly the same unithas as the Neve 1066 (of which the 10k high shelve can be easily modified to 12K, after which it has ( almost ) the same frequencies as the Neve 1073!
The standard 1079 has no line input, only microphone input, but these modules have been upgraded with original MARINAIR T442 LINE TRANSFORMERS!!! ( see pics ) which means they are now the same units as the 1066 and 1073 etc.!!!! ( FOR LESS MONEY!! )
This modification means that the first 5 steps of the gain potmeter are now connected to the line input transformer, they have 5 steps in level. ( -15 -10 -5 0 +5 +10 DB )
The rest of the gain potmeter works as usual ( mic gain )
