Up for sale is a vintage Telecaster-style guitar in blonde/butterscotch finish with hardshell case.

This guitar was previously believed to be an early-1970s Fender Telecaster based on the neck plate serial number and visible features. After a previous buyer inspected the guitar, I am relisting it conservatively as a player-grade Telecaster-style partscaster with an early-1970s Fender neck plate and an unverified/replacement neck.

The neck plate serial number is 378168, which falls in the early-1970s Fender serial range. However, I am not representing this guitar as an all-original Fender Telecaster. A previous perspective buyer reported that the neck heel did not show visible Fender date stamps or markings. Because of that, the neck should be treated as unverified and possibly non-original.

The guitar shows heavy honest wear throughout, including finish wear/loss, scratches, checking, dings, edge wear, and hardware patina. One tuner appears to be mismatched/replaced, and the pickup selector switch is worn/loose and may need attention or replacement.

The pickups were reported by the previous buyer to sound strong, and the guitar was recently restrung before being returned. It presents as a cool, well-worn vintage-style Tele with lots of character, but it is being sold strictly as a player-grade instrument/project with no claims of full originality.
