Guild 12 String F412 1979 - Blonde

Amazing sounding and beautifully playing 12 string Guild from 1979! This guitar has had two owners (my father's best friend is original owner and was willed to my father when he died). $465 spent in April of 2023 for: re-fretting of neck, new bone nut, improved action and overall cleanup. Close-ups of all surface damage are shown, only nicks, no breaks or splits in the wood. Original case (which is important because it's difficult to find a case that will fit the instrument) with $40 spent on new leather handle in April of 2026. All fixtures on the case work except for the lock (shown in picture).
