This is NOT a Gibson. This is a Harley Benton DC-Junior that was $250 delivered as new. Original picture included for comparison.

The P90 was replaced by 2 KP mini humbuckers by routing and adding a toggle. The tone control is hiding in the electronics cavity (turned up all the way). The covers of the humbuckers were removed, and the bar poles were sharpied to make it look like 2 rows of pole pieces. The P90 ear tabs on the body were covered with veneer from the headstock mod. The picguard was removed and the screw holes are visible.

The headstock was modified for the narrow melody maker look which is a personal favorite. Wilkinson WJ201-CR tuners swapped in. Customs RODS sticker on the truss rod cover.

Includes a ratty old 70's strap, a handful of loose RODS stickers, a brand new ChromaCast bag and the original pickup and parts.

The goal of this build was to make a guitar that looked like one of David "Rock" Feinstein's old melody makers that I saw him play in the 80's. The action and setup is pretty great given how much this guitar cost.
