Condition & Operation

The unit has been tested and is in working order. The tape runs smoothly and consistently without tangling or snagging. As a musician, I have confirmed that the effects engage strongly and the unit operates within what I consider a normal, expected range for its age. However, please note that I have not compared it side-by-side with a brand-new or professionally serviced unit, so I cannot definitively guarantee that it meets 100% of the original factory specifications.

Regarding the controls, there is a slight "scratchiness" (potentiometer noise) in the knobs. I have applied contact cleaner and rotated them multiple times, which has currently resolved the issue. However, please be aware that this noise may recur after storage or during transit.

Cosmetic Note

Cosmetically, the unit shows significant signs of age. There are paint chips in several areas, and heavy oxidation/rust is present on the metal parts, particularly on the handles. Please inspect the provided photos carefully to understand the physical condition before purchasing.
