This is a 1963 Selmer Series 9 clarinet that is in excellent condition. It has matching serial numbers (T3XXX), and I have kept it in a humidified case.
It was recently adjusted and evaluated by Maestro Woodwind Musical Instruments, in Brookline, Massachusetts and it plays great. The owner of Maestro Woodwinds (Georgiy) is a highly respected repair technician and teacher in this area and he is a very big fan of the Selmer 9 series for its projection and jazz sound.
The instrument has some cosmetic flaws, primarily the paint has come off the engraved areas, but it plays beautifully, with no leaks and it is mechanically sound. I have tried to capture the condition of the instrument in the photos.
