This Fender American Standard Jazz Bass plays and sounds great! This comes from a great era for Fender American Standard basses, if you are looking for a straight ahead Jazz Bass that is reliable, sets up great, and of course boasts the classic J bass sound, these are tough to beat. It features an alder body, “C” shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. Candy Cola is a fairly uncommon finish for these, and they don’t come up for sale too often. 

This bass shows minor cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional minor dings along the back of the neck. The hardware is also starting to show some light tarnishing from over time. The white pickguard has aged and shows an imprint from where a sticker had been placed at one point in time. The frets are still in nice shape with plenty of life and the electronics work as they should. This bass has been set up with D'Addario EXL170 .045-.100 gauge strings. 

This bass is all original.
