Summer School Electronics Fuzz 101

After years of building complicated circuits, Fuzz 101 is a back to basics approach to fuzz. Utilizing 2 BC108 silicon transistors, and some legendary fuzz mods, Fuzz 101 takes the concept back to basics with modern amenities loved by modern players. Along with the traditional Volume and Fuzz controls, Fuzz 101 incorporates and external Bias control that allows the user to adjust the voltage to the transistors to dial in the perfect tone whether its sputtery Velcro fuzz, or big-sounding distortion. The Tone knob controls a Rat-inspired tone circuit that allows enough EQ control to cut through a mix or take the trebley edge off and blend in. The artwork includes the classic Summer School Easter eggs drawing from pedal building as well as Freshman math class.

Fuzz 101 is made in Syracuse, NY by working musicians, and operates on a 9-volt, negative center power supply. The pedals operates best when it is first in the chain before any buffered effects.
