Vintage Niles Era Slingerland Drum set. 20, 13, 16. Late 60's early 70's.

Very Cool vintage Niles era Slingerland drum kit in red sparkle. Sizes are 14x20, 9x13 and 16x16. All drums have beautiful chrome and are all original except for heads and maybe a few tension rods. All have the chocolate milk interior. (1966-1971) Hoops are steel (changed from brass around 1969). The 13 and 16 have "Columbia High School Band" lightly written in the interior. Overall both these drums are in excellent condition with just some minor scratches expected for their age. The bass drum Has a fairly small repair to the wrap on the area next to the badge. This was professionally repaired and is not noticeable from a few feet away. Looks a little more prominent in the pics than it actually is. The setomatic tom mount has some chrome loss on the post. Batter head appears to be original. Heads on this kit are older and I assume the new owner would prefer to festoon the kit with the skins of their liking.

Other than the wrap repair on the bass drum this kit is in excellent condition overall. They look and sound great.
