Jimi Hendrix is arguably the most influential guitarist to have graced the world of rock and roll.  This guitar is a replica of the 67 SG Custom of the right handed guitar he played left handed on the Dick Cavett Show back in September 9, 1969. 

This is a very special run where only 150 guitars were crafted by Gibson's Murphy Lab back in 2020. This guitar is serial #10 and has remained in a private collection since purchased from Gibson.  It remains in collector grade "mint" condition and was recently photographed and set up with new strings to share in the guitar demo video herein. 

The guitar also includes the original shipping box it arrived with from Gibson, along with the original case and case candy which is un-opened...items included: Original Hard-shell Case, Certificate of Authenticity, Hendrix-branded Truss Rod Cover, 5 Hendrix guitar picks, and a limited edition 5x7 archival print of Jimi Hendrix signed by engineer and producer Eddie Kramer. 

This SG Custom features a Murphy Lab Aged Polaris White finish and aged gold hardware from the expert luthiers of the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville.
