This guitar was made by John Page,Fender Custom Shop Manager, in October 1993. It has been played very little. The previous owner, an attorney in Atlanta, collected fine instruments such as this, but curiously he didn’t play guitar at all. He bought them as investments plus he enjoyed looking at them.
Blems: A tiny ding on the side of the body (pointed at in photo), and “Original Contour Body” decal on the headstock is damaged. I am including a replacement decal with the guitar. I didn’t put it on, because my guitar tech said a lot of collectors prefer decals original even if they are damaged. Your choice, you’ll have the option to put a new decal on or leave the old one.
Guitar weighs 8.168 lbs.
This Strat was recently gone over by a skilled tech. Neck is straight, new strings, action low, intonation spot on. These Custom Shop single coil pickups sound awesome!
