I bought this on Reverb in 2021 and I think I'm the second owner. This is a wider format than other Stomp Under Foot pedals you normally see. The dimensions are the same except that the pedal is an inch wider than your standard modern pedal case.
It's a great wooly/warm/low-end fuzz.
I had two Sovtek Civil War muffs that I tested against this pedal side by side, and these sound exactly the same to my ears.
It functions perfectly.
No Velcro!
