Vintage 1970s Gibson Mini Humbucker Set – Stamped Pat No. – PROJECT PAIR

Up for sale is a pair of authentic 1970s Gibson Mini Humbuckers featuring the stamped Patent No. 2737842. These were pulled from a vintage Les Paul Deluxe and are being sold AS-IS for parts or restoration.

Please read the specific condition of each unit carefully:

Unit 1 (Short Lead)

• Lead: Original braided lead is present but cut short (refer to photos). It will likely need an extension to reach a Les Paul control cavity.
• Plastic: Includes (1) original 1970s cream mounting ring in good vintage condition (no cracks).
• Hardware: Includes the small screws for the mounting ring, but no long height-adjustment screws or springs.

Unit 2 (No Lead)

• Lead: The braided lead is completely missing. This unit will require a professional re-lead.
• Plastic: No mounting ring included.
• Hardware: Includes small mounting screws, but no long height-adjustment screws or springs.

General Notes:

• Condition: These show significant natural patina, oxidation, and "gunk" from 50 years of use. I have not attempted to clean or polish them to preserve the vintage look.
• Internals: Photos of the underside show the original bobbins. No internal modifications have been made to my knowledge.
• Testing: These are sold as untested projects. I do not have the equipment to provide an ohm reading, so please bid/buy accordingly.
