This is a custom made Musikraft Neck - Maple Neck and Ebony Finger Board, and Floyd Rose Nut, String Retainer and Charvel Tuners.  Please note: neck heel will fit a Charvel /San-Dimas or So-Cal (2-1/4" (57.2 mm) - Please see specs below).  I had this made for one of my Charvel's but never used it.
