stunning Les Paul in superb condition. No visible fret wear. 2016 true historic, 1958 with perfect amount of aging to add character. I would describe it’s a medium/heavy aging with checking through out all the finish. Done by the custom shop, before the Murphy lab.

The neck is very nice. more like a 59 profile with V carve. Neck depth at 1st fret is .930 and 1.030 at the 12th fret. Very comfortable. Recent pro set up by local luthier, it plays and sounds awesome. The true historics are considered by many to be the closest of all the reissues to the real thing. They were only made for 3 years, with double carve tops, hand sanded, and build specs to match the originals. Nitro finish. Light weight at 8.25lbs on the scale. 100% original. All the case candy is with the guitar.

They didn’t make very many aged models and the true histories continue to gain in value and stature as the best reissue you can buy.
