Up for grabs is an exceptionally clean, collector-grade Boss Tone fuzz manufactured by Music City Manufacturing Co. in Nashville, TN. While many of these legendary units carry the California-based Jordan Electronics branding, this specific version comes from the early 1970s Nashville era, produced under the expertise of the Sho-Bud/Jackson family.

Condition & Provenance

This unit is in "closet classic" condition, having spent the better part of the last few decades tucked away in a drawer. The original red-and-silver "Boss Tone" badge is incredibly crisp with almost no wear to the lettering. The black "orange peel" plastic housing is free of the typical cracks or heavy scuffs found near the input jack, and the critical Music City Mfg. label on the back is 100% intact and legible.
