G&L Tribute Fallout Electric Guitar
The Fallout is G&L’s modern reinterpretation of Leo Fender’s SC-2. The original SC-2 drew inspiration from modified instruments used by players such as Mark and Bob Mothersbaugh of Devo and Robert Poss of Band of Susans, giving the model a clear lineage of offset-inspired individuality and raw, direct tone. The Fallout retains that spirit while expanding its tonal range to better suit modern players and more refined applications.
The G&L Tribute Series Fallout is equipped with Paul Gagon-designed Alnico pickups, combining a P-90 in the neck position with a bridge humbucker that can be coil-split for added versatility. Hardware includes G&L’s proprietary Saddle-Lock bridge with individual brass saddles, offering excellent stability and a warm, resonant tonal character.
