Now available on consignment, a 1961 Fender Musicmaster in its original sunburst finish!
This particular example has been played showing plenty of fade and wear on the body, as well as on the neck. It has the 22.5" scale length with a great feeling worn medium C shape neck.
The guitar retains all of its original hardware, and all plastics including the thick 1ply pickguard and brown pickup cover. The original black bobbin pickup is untouched, with both pots dating to the 43rd week of '61. There is solder touchup on the volume pot, otherwise the wiring harness remains untouched and all original parts remain.
The neck dates to December of '61, and the original frets remain and play well despite some wear.
A cool example of an early 60s Fender Musicmaster, includes its original case and bridge cover.
