This particular Limited Edition model elevates the Les Paul Standard platform with a stunning AAA flame maple top, gold-plated hardware, and a pair of ‘57 Classic PAF humbuckers.

This Les Paul Standard Plus weighs 9lbs 11oz, and tonewoods include a mahogany body, two-piece carved AAA flame maple top, one-piece mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fingerboard. The natural acoustic tone offers punch, detail and ample sustain, qualities that translate well via the ‘57 Classic PAF humbuckers. These medium-wind pickups have spongy lows, detailed treble growl, and a midrange scoop that interacts well with high gain. The gloss Cherry Sunburst nitro lacquer finish is exceptionally vibrant and well-saturated, highlighting the dynamic, wall-to-wall figuring in the AAA flame maple top, with faint pick scuffing along the strum path, a small area of shallow buckle rash at the bass-side waist on the back, and some minor dings. The nitro gloss on the neck profile is smooth and clean.
