This is a genuine Fender American Deluxe/Ultra 2 point tremolo bridge plate that uses the American offset block steel saddles (saddles not included).
It shows some marks from the saddle height screws but is otherwise in very good condition. Note that I had a couple of these with similar screw marks and condition so consider these stock pics.
The stock saddles were chrome but they also work with the powder coated American Standard/Series block saddles. They will not work with regular saddles that have a centered intonation screw, only the offset intonation saddle screws will work.
It's a direct bolt on for any 1986-present American Elite/Deluxe/Ultra Strat block and great upgrade for 2017-present American Professional Strats if you're trying to get more sustain and less overtones over the bent steel saddles they came with (they utilize the same style block). The tremolo bar hole does not line up with the American Standard block on models from 1986-2016. Block mounting screws included!
