Lovies Guitars is Excited to offer up this 2007 Gibson Custom Shop Inspired By Series John Lennon Les Paul Junior with a Cherry Finish! Beatles and John Lennon collectors, don't miss out on this one! A 2007 Custom Shop John Lennon Les Paul Junior, this one being number 65 of only 300. The guitar began its life as a Junior that Lennon had taken to Long Island luthier Ron DeMarino for modifications that included a conversion to a two-pickup guitar with the Charlie Christian neck pickup and an ABR-1 bridge. The Gibson Custom Shop replicated the original guitar perfectly, recreating wear patterns and the cherry red finish which the guitar was eventually refinished to after the sunburst was sanded away. Excellent, Aged Shape 9.5/10! ALL Original. NO Breaks, Cracks or Repairs. All of our guitars are fitted with a fresh set of our favorite strings by Stringjoy!
