This is a special guitar. It may be the only one in existence that is a left handed reverse string (reversed octave and regular string) 12 string guitar! This was done by Taylor at their factory at El Cajon, California.
If you like to pick upwards you will be able to hear top notes more clearly and enjoy a different sound than a “normal” 12 string. (Rickenbacker 12 string electric guitars are also strung this way.)
It is all solid mahogany (top, sides and back) with a slightly shorter scale length of 24 7/8”
It has v-class bracing, a grand concert body and has Taylor’s ES2 electronics. It also comes with Taylor’s hardshell case.
This guitar is in mint condition. There are no pick marks, scratches or dings.
Again, this may be the only one of its kind and as a friend says “if you know-you know.”
