For sale is a rare and captivating 1990 Gibson Explorer in Alpine White, complete with its original hard-shell case. This early '90s Explorer showcases classic Gibson style and power, made even more desirable by its rich, naturally aged patina and all-original components.
Condition:
This guitar has been played and shows honest wear from years of use. There are scratches, dings, wear on the back, and finish checking throughout. There’s also some clear coat chipping on the front of the headstock near the tuners and one broken pickguard screw. The original case is fully functional but has a replaced handle.
Despite these cosmetic marks, the guitar is in very good overall condition and performs flawlessly. The original frets show some wear but still play cleanly with no buzzing or dead spots. The neck is straight and the action is smooth. It has been recently set up and is ready to play.
