Up for sale is a very clean Magnecord 1024 1/4” stereo/dual mono tape recorder/replicator From the 1960s. I just recapped both units and tested all functions. Cleaned out all pots, cleaned and demagnetized the head, as well as rubber renued all rubber on unit. Lubed up all metal mechanical parts as well. Comes with traveling cases with latches and handles in great working order. Unit has tape edit block that is loose now and top plastic shrowd for head block has lost its two small plastic side clips, watch the YouTube video for complete operation of the unit and explanation. Unit comes with original RCA cables to get from reproduce head to mixer section, I would highly recommend getting a new set before using it as these are sporadi on playback.
