This machine is in decent shape and can play and record audio. There is currently the occasional drop-out and a bit of noise and flutter. The heads aren’t terrible and still have some life left in them. Some service is definitely needed to get this machine in optimum condition, but it currently passes audio, I even used it to master a doomy record and it sounded killer for more lo-fi purposes.
