For sale we have a vintage 1980 Greco Boogie Series BG800 Electric Guitar that has had a few player modifications. Serial number: J807014. This was the first year of production for this model and this particular Boogie is one of the raddest examples of peak early 1980s Matsumoku production at its best. This design captures the best pieces of a hardtail Strat, Firebird, and Wilshire in a package that doesn't feel contrived. Buttery playability with excellent resonance and sustain, huge rich and dynamic output from the pickups for every style of play. Overall weight is 7 lbs 14 oz, minor signs of play wear and tear/some buckle rash (see photos for detail). A list of specifications:
