The Gibson L-00 Special carries forward one of Gibson’s most iconic small-body designs, delivering a focused, roots-driven voice that feels right at home the moment you pick it up. Built in Bozeman, Montana, it pairs a solid Sitka spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides, giving it a balanced, responsive tone with a tight low end and clear, articulate highs. The smaller L-00 body shape keeps everything controlled and nuanced, making it especially well-suited for fingerstyle, blues, and more intimate playing styles.
The SlimTaper neck profile adds a fast, comfortable feel, while the 24.75” scale length and rosewood fingerboard create an easy, familiar playing experience.
