The Fuzz Debate
The Fuzz Debate is a tuned variation of the original Fuzz Face circuit, with two versions housed in one pedal. This pedal is built on a Phido Sound custom PCB.
Modern: A high gain silicon Fuzz Face circuit, with brighter tones and deep roll-response to the guitar volume. This circuit and just go into overdrive and is maybe a touch over the edge at max fuzz.
Classic: The original germanium Fuzz Face circuit, build with NOS Sovtek transistors that have been nad selected and biased to match the most standard Fuzz Face.
Internal Controls: The Fuzz Debate has additional internal controls that can be used to adjust the bias for both circuits, an additional controls to adjust or damp the oscillation or reduce the volume of the silicon circuit.
This pedal runs on a 9V center-ground power supply, which is the common Boss standard for guitar pedals, and does not have a battery power option.
