Beautiful 1973 José López Bellido flamenco blanca built in Granada, Spain—an authentic example of the Granada school with the fast, dry, and percussive response serious flamenco players look for.
This guitar has had one owner since new and remains in exceptional condition. It shows only very light, honest play wear on the top and tap plates, with the rest of the instrument presenting extremely clean. All original, including the case and original factura.
Built with a solid spruce top and cypress back and sides, this blanca delivers immediate attack, strong projection, and a lively, responsive feel under the right hand. It has a soulful, singing quality while still retaining the dryness and bite needed for traditional flamenco.
The setup is excellent, with low flamenco action and quick response across the fingerboard—very comfortable and fast.
