I hate having to sell this, but I have no choice. Back in December I broke my wrist and needed surgery. The nerve damage is taking ages to heal and I'm having to move in the process. I probably won't be able to play guitar again until July.
Back in the fall I ordered a custom neck specifically to replace the stock neck on a pink Rick Graham. When I got notification the neck was shipping, I ordered this guitar from The Music Zoo in Long Island.
The night the neck arrived...I broke my wrist.
When the guitar arrived, it got set aside to wait until I healed for the project to happen.
I didn't think I'd be out of commission for this long and life has given me a beating.
Since I have nerve damage resulting from the surgery, I haven't been able to play guitar. So I never bothered swapping the neck, especially since performing the work itself would have been painful. This is also why I never got to play the guitar.
You're getting a BRAND NEW, NEVER PLAYED instrument!
I've never played the guitar but it seems well set up. I noticed it got fret sprout so I took care of that. Naturally, since the neck is a raw feel, relic'd wood, it looks fresh and clean from the filing, but after a little playing it'll blend right in again.

If you know what this is, buy it and enjoy it. Again, I do not have a return policy. I am NOT a dealer, I'm an independent musician with bills. That's what Reverb was originally started for. So we could sell our gear to like-minded people. This money will go to Chase and Citibank, and whoever else, as soon as it hits my checking account. When I buy something used, if I don't like it, I resell it. Reverb has become like eBay and with all the actual retailers using it, buyers get this false sense of having the opportunity to buy stuff and just send it back if they don't like it. That may work for dealers, that's not how it works with private sellers.
You will not have any surprises. Buyer's remorse is real, but it's not my problem. I've experienced it, but I wouldn't dream of asking the person to take it back because I was excited when I clicked the "BUY NOW" button.
***I'm shocked by what shipping costs these days. USPS, FedEx, UPS, It makes no difference anymore. It's expensive. I wish I were zZounds or Musician's Friend, but I'm not. And nothing is "free". $60 with free shipping or $50 plus $10 shipping are the same thing.
I hope this doesn't put you off, but I'd rather avoid unnecessary drama after the fact. Thank you for your understanding.
