This is a listing for a 2024 PRS Custom 24-08 10 Top in a Carroll Blue finish. I bought this on 5/11/2024 through Melody Music Shop and has been babied well. The guitar has been stored in a smoke-free humidity controlled room. I'm impressed with how resonant this guitar is and the stunning 10 top it has. Everything is included that originally came with this guitar. I couldn't find anything but some slight faint swirl marks, but I tried my best to show with the natural light. I'm selling this to fund other projects, otherwise this would be a keeper for the collection. Reverb safe shipping is used on orders and I use expedited shipping w/ a signature required.

The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar, the iconic instrument that started it all back in 1985. The Custom 24-08 keeps many of the foundational specs as the original Custom – maple top, mahogany back and neck, 24 frets, 25” scale length, the PRS patented Gen III tremolo – but adds a new level of versatility with its TCI pickups and intuitive switching system. Featuring two mini-toggle coil-tap switches, the Custom 24-08 has eight different pickup settings that provide an array of humbucking and single coil tones, including a dual single coil option. For classic PRS playability, reliability, and tone with ultimate flexibility, check out the Custom 24-08.
For 2024, PRS Guitars is updating the tuning machines on many of our Core guitars. While, aesthetically, our new Wing buttons are designed to echo the 12th fret bird wingspan design, they were first and foremost designed for tonal reasons all the way back in 1982. Because these buttons are lighter weight than their metal predecessors, they are subtracting less energy from the vibrating strings, thus helping the guitar ring longer and at a more musical note.
PRS Patented Tremolo, Gen III

PRS Phase III Locking Tuners with Wing Buttons

PRS TCI Pickups
