The instrument made by Peruvian craftsmen luthier in early 1970th in Lima Peru, the label indicated exact address, the body is wide enough to provide loud sound, all strings are in place, not sure about tunning it up, have never tried, but all parts are solid and nothing is broken from my inspection. Dimensions: Body hight 51 inches, bottom wide 21 inches, top wide 4 inches, on the top from end of lower string to body-24 inches
