This Greco VB-650 is an excellent bass in great condition. A high-quality, Fujigen build ca. 1988 this homage to Hofner has a straight neck with quick n’ comfy action. The electronics are functioning and deliver plucky, Liverpool tone as God intended. Super fun and easy to play, set up with black tapewound strings for a smooth ride.
Cosmetically the bass is in fantastic shape. Nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs and patina where expected but overall quite tidy. Classic as the come in McCartney style. Ships with care in a soft case.
Free local pick up from PTD Vintage in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood available and encouraged. Shipping is a flat $115 in the lower 48.
