1964 Blonde Bassman made famous by Brian Setzer and for good reason. This is such a killer amp !!! I"m listing condition as "good" due to the back of the head the tolex is coming loose inside the cab, would be an easy fix. Other than that there no real obvious blemishes other normal wear and grime for a 62 year old Head and Cab. The speaker are original Oxfords, I cant find my electric screw driver or I'd have pics will add them soon ... I have lots more pics too, for any serious buyer just ask Ill get you what ever you like to see. Sound clips can be arranged as well.

Here the story behind the amp ... I believe I am the 3rd owner and the 2nd to actual buy the amp. I bought it from a gentleman that inherited the amp. He was not a gigging musician or even a regular player. Said the amp had been rarely used for most of its life. He mentioned he was only aware of the amp being serviced one time, I found a ticket in the head of the amp that would confirm one of the power tubes was replaced, doesn't appear to me anything inside the amp has been touched but Im not expert. The amp still has the 2 prong plug. I own a lot of amps and decided not to touch or play this amp much due to its condition ... I also own a 60 Bassman purchased in similar condition that I did update, always bothered my not leaving such desired vintage amp in original condition untouched why I decided not to update this Bassman. Im not a collector by any means but have ran across a few irresistible purchases over the 45 years I've been a musician. This was one of them! Its a available, I would much rather be a local pick up but will ship .. please give little extra time, this packing job will be done right ! Any buyers coming in for the Dallas Guitar Festival ..
