Up for sale is a vintage 1966–1967 Martin GT-75 in original burgundy finish. I have some student loans to pay so I figure I’d feel out the market for my baby.
This is one of Martin’s rare electric models from the mid-1960s, produced in relatively low numbers (approx. 700 I believe) and becoming increasingly collectible.
All original, including the DeArmond pickups, vibrato tailpiece, knobs, and pickguard. The guitar plays well and the electronics work as they should.
Cosmetically, the guitar is in good vintage condition. The top and front present nicely, while the most notable wear is on the lower side edge of the body, where there is visible finish chipping and wear from normal use over time. There are also minor surface scratches and light hardware oxidation, something you’d expect with a 60-year-old instrument.
Overall, this is a clean vintage piece with character that has been well taken care of and loved.
