Dealer sourced and never privately owned, this Custom Shop 1952 Telecaster Heavy Relic “Big U” features a ‘52-style “Big U” neck profile, hand-wound ‘51 Nocaster Relic single coil pickups, and a gloss Two-Tone Sunburst nitro lacquer finish with Fender’s Heavy Relic treatment.
Weighing 7lbs 1oz, this Telecaster features a two-piece ash body and a quartersawn maple neck with a 9.5" radius fingerboard and 6105 Narrow Tall fretwire. This Custom Shop 1952 Telecaster Heavy Relic has been dialed in here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar beyond the factory setup with 10-46 strings, low action and accurate intonation.
