Killer 2006 Les Paul Standard in Lightburst with beautiful flame top. They don’t make them like this anymore. In excellent condition as she’s just been set-up, cleaned up from top to bottom, surface scratches buffed out on top and new CTS pot installed. All work masterfully done by Gibson certified luthiers.
Upgraded with Custombuckers ($400 value). Swapped out gold reflector top-hat knobs, metal jack plate and Amber cap (originals included) this 20 year old standard is anything but standard. Serious custom shop vibes and tone, sustain for days.
As far as condition, on top there are some small surface impressions and a little circular smudge I’ve tried to capture as best as possible, only visible at certain angles, it’s from rubbing from a removable pickguard which is included. There is a hole by the neck for proper installation, none on the body. I never had the courage to drill it in.
The back is also in great shape with some minor surface scratches and impressions. There is some rubbing on the horn and a ding on the lower bout.
A not too thin 60’s neck with beautiful grainy rosewood board, dressed frets with all life left in them, cleaned up nut and electronics complete the package.
Black Gibson hardshell case included which is in fair condition. 9.48 lbs.
