If you want the Floyd Rose back in action, I’ll take the blocker out and have my local guitar guy make sure it’s all set up. Few contemporary guitarists in the rock and metal scenes can match the diversity of Jason Richardson’s musical résumé. He's worked alongside acts that include Born of Osiris, Chelsea Grin, All Shall Perish, Polyphia, Veil of Maya, and All That Remains, where he currently takes the helm as lead guitarist. Coupled with his extensive solo career, the common denominator is heavy, technical, brutal riffage, and Sterling by Music Man answered the call for a signature model tailored for seven strings of tonal terror. MThe Richardson7 is loaded with locking tuners, a Modern Tremolo, and high-output humbuckers to deliver searing sizzle, with a push-push volume boost and coil-tap tone controls to extend your dynamic range and add sonorous sustain. A poplar burl-topped alder body is secured to a roasted maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, delivering a sonic profile with a loaded low end and crisp highs.
