Lucky Diamond Six String Mountain Dulcimer in excellent condition.

This was made by Morton "Lucky" Diamond, an instrument builder that lived in Kensington, MD back in the 1970s. His instruments were large and long compared to most other builders. This is a six string model. Originally, it came with wooden friction pegs, which the original owner had retro-fitted with machine pegs. The original pegs were saved and are in the Folkcraft fabric carry case. The instrument has a deep vibrant sound, spruce top, and walnut back and sides.
