Based on research from vintage synth communities and collector forums, the Vintage Surprise draws from machines such as the Linn LM-1, LinnDrum (LM-2), Oberheim DMX, E-mu Drumulator, and Sequential Circuits Drumtraks.

These 8-bit and 12-bit sampled sounds defined the sonic palette of early 80s pop, new wave, hip-hop, and R&B. The exact combination makes this set a discovery experience: familiar tones alongside surprises that may become your new go-to sounds.
