Check out this killer player's grade 1969 Fender Mustang Bass! I bought this bass a few years ago with the intention of refinishing it, but I have enjoyed playing it and never got around to doing it. It was originally competition orange with a matching headstock, which was stripped. The body and front of the headstock have been refinished, but the finish on the back of the neck remains original. There is a small crack in the neck pocket, but it is stable and does not flex at all.
It sets up great with comfortable action. The pots are original and date to the 42nd week of 1966. There was an added mini switch, which is not wired up, the strap buttons, and the jack are replaced. The pickup is original, but the leads were replaced.
