Vintage 1990's AKG D2002 dynamic hyper cardioid microphone Low Z w accessories

 You are looking at an excellent 1990's era or newer AKG model mics. This is the D2002 model dynamic hyper cardioid microphone with outstanding sound characteristics and used primarily for vocals and singing. It has a 100% output and it comes with the mic clip, new exterior pop filter and case shown.

 The AKG mics were almost always very high quality and known for their durability and superb sound. The D2002 and it's hyper cardioid so it blocks out any background noise picking up only what's right in front of it. An exceptional mic that's lite weight and very rugged. It has a very modern design as well and set at low impedance (500 OHMS) giving a full rich, warm tone with plenty of bass. If I had to compare this mic to another I would say it's almost identical to the Shure SM-58 model and you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference.

 As you can see there is virtually no wear on the stock flat black painted finish of this mic. Free of any dents, engravings or fractures and looks excellent overall. The front screen is metal and is free of any indentations, odors or tarnish. The original inner screen liner / pop filter works great. For an extra layer of protection and sound performance a new exterior foam pop filter is included and really helps the cause. You can get right up on this mic with it on and give it your all. No issues. Looks very nice on the mic as well and fits like a glove. I'd rate it a true 9 + on a scale of 1 - 10 physically speaking. The on / off switch slides smooth and works perfectly.

 The mic comes with a mic clip that works very well for this mic and will screw onto any mic stand. It grips the mic firmly and gives a wide degree of tilt up and down. Mic clip does show lite wear but again, works perfectly.

 Mic takes a standard XLR cable which is included which appx 10 feet long. It's soft, pliable and has the standard male 1/4 inch end connector.. The XLR pins were cleaned on this mic giving it a perfect signal with no unwanted feedback or distortion.

 The original mic case is included. A great place to store the mic as well when not in use. Case is in very nice shape as well. Great for resale purposes as well as keeping the mic safe and snug.
