This vintage early 70's Slingerland 8 x 12" (3-ply) tom is in good condition. The interior maple shell is very good, Maple/Poplar/Mahogany with solid Maple reinforcement rings. The exterior Black Chrome wrap is original and in generally good condition. There is some wear as to be expected on a vintage drum such as this, but there is also some very noticeable scratches (rash) on one area of the side of the drum, see photos. The heads are new, Remo clear Pin Stripe top head, and Remo Clear Ambassador bottom head. The lugs and hoops are excellent. This drum is tuned and ready to go. It sounds fantastic!
