Comments:
The original Flying V debuted in 1958 but was ahead of its time and initially unsuccessful. It found its footing in the 1980s when the design was streamlined. This '80s Flying V Reissue specifically pays tribute to the highly sought-after 1984 models, which removed the pickguard for a sleeker, more "aggressive" look. It is equipped with 80s Tribute humbuckers, which are voiced to replicate the high-output "Dirty Fingers" style pickups common in that decade. The Classic White finish is designed to age over time, potentially yellowing into a "cream" or "vintage white" hue similar to original vintage examples. The "Demo" engraving on the back of the headstock means the guitar was destined for artist demonstration / promotional purposes.
