Genz Benz 410T-XB2 700W 4x10 Extended Bass Cabinet - Made in USA - 4-Ohm

This cab produces an absolute monster sound, clean yet growly, which punches through the mix.

The "XB" (Extended Bass) series is from the great era of Genz Benz engineering around 2003 to 2008. Built in the USA with premium birch and over-engineered components, it is designed to sound great and also survive the road. At 45kg (100lb) this is a beast, though it has recessed handles and built-in kick-back wheels for easy tilt-and-roll transport.

Key Features & Performance:

• 700 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms: Works perfectly with heads like the Ashdown ABM, Genz Benz GBE series, or Mesa Subway.
• Front-Shelf Porting: Unlike rear-ported cabs, the XB2 can be placed against walls or in tight corners without muddying your sound.
• Custom GXB-1040 Drivers: These heavy-duty ceramic woofers are famous for their punch and "muscle."
• Adjustable Tweeter: Includes a variable compression tweeter level control on the back to dial in (or out) modern high-end "zing." The pot is smooth and scratch-free.

Condition Notes

This unit is in Very Good condition. All four drivers are original and pull strongly with no voice coil rub. The tweeter is crisp and the attenuator dial is clean. The wheels are new. The metal grille is solid and rattle-free.

Sadly the famous Genz Benz branding plaque is missing. The Tolex has a line of small holes at the bottom of the back of the cab between the wheels but no major tears.
