For sale is basically a one of a kind microphone that you've likely never seen before as well! If you try looking up information on this microphone, you'll likely come up with a blank. My educated guess for the year it was made was likely the 1940s due to the design and materials used but it could even be slightly older. That being said, this microphone has a unique design and was certainly made by SEM in Paris France. It is safe to say that this microphone does not come often, and you'll likely never see one again.
Functionally, it is working without a hitch and produces a strong articulate signal that is noise free. Inside, there is a new mini capsule inside as the original was no longer functional which is not all that surprising. The cable on this microphone is also in great shape so there is nothing that should need to be done or worked on for a while, and it will look great on display for as long as it is cared for.
Whether you're a collector or want a statement piece to marvel about, this might be the mic for you!
