Gibson Custom Select J-45 Standard in Grizzly Burst (2025) – near mint, just acquired.
Rare Custom Select build featuring a bearclaw Sitka spruce top, and the headstock features an inlaid script Gibson logo and binding around the outside. Neither of these features is found on a normal J-45 Standard—a noticeable step up. This J-45 Grizzly is also extremely unique due to its rosewood fretboard (vs the online version that is Ebony); this provides a strong J-45 sound while the bearclaw spruce makes the lows fuller and the highs brighter.
Classic J-45 tone: warm lows, focused mids, and excellent responsiveness for both strumming and fingerstyle. Equipped with L.R. Baggs VTC electronics and includes original Gibson hardshell case.
Condition: Like new, no wear or issues.
