Cirrus Guitars are proudly hand made in Michigan. You read that correctly, an affordable, all solid wood, hand made guitar from the US. You might think they have to be cheaply made, and you would be wrong. Luthier Mike Franks, of M.J. Franks Guitars, doesn't do cheap. His M.J. Franks guitars are renowned for their quality and craftsmanship and now he is bringing a more affordable line of instruments to the market in the Cirrus Guitars.

We are always looking for the guitars that offer something different, something better. That's exactly what you'll find in Cirrus. They're not different in the sense of shape or sound. They're different in that they are traditionally styled, modernly constructed, proudly built, solid wood, American made guitars... for a fair price. Are they better than production equivalents, that cost more? We think so and that's why we carry them.

The COMD is an OM guitar with added depth for more projection and bass. It retains the comfortable and familiar OM shape and size with a slightly deeper body.
