This version of Big Iron adds a switchable –6 dB custom attenuator circuit on the output, giving you the ability to push more energy into the core of the transformers.

It keeps the same core design: a passive, transformer-based stereo processor built around Jensen transformers, intended to add subtle weight and cohesion without active circuitry.

Overview

Big Iron uses a dual-mono, 1:1 transformer signal path with a purpose-built output pad.

Why the –6 dB Option Matters
